Assessed successes/achievements and shortcomings of the NPA implementation
Revised the NPA document upon endorsement of the final report by the Steering Committee with the revised targets and indicators for adjustment and improvement of the plan
Assisted the Central Child Welfare Board (CCWB) to develop and finalize the Management Response Plan with clear time-bound milestones and responsibilities
