The following Theory of Change (ToC) guides the consulting services of MITRA. The ToC assumes inadequate capabilities and low performance of client organizations as the entry point. In some points of the services of MITRA, its client organizations shall definitely feel enhanced organization capabilities, better services they provide, and increased performance. MITRA's client organizations (public, private and others) will be able to better perform to achieve their organizational goals, establishing themselves as learning organizations through value-based consulting services.
