Management Innovation, Training and Research Academy (MITRA) Pvt. Ltd. is committed to provide value-based management consulting services for its client organizations. The guiding principles of MITRA are management innovation, training and development, and research consultancy. In recent years, we have focused on evaluation studies of development projects, organization of training programmes on management skills development and research methodology.

INTRODUCTION

Management Innovation, Training and Research Academy (MITRA) Pvt. Ltd., established in 1999, aims at providing research, consultancy, and training services in Management Development in particular and Social Sector Development in general. MITRA intends to establish itself as a research-based management innovation, training and research center to contribute in the areas mentioned.

We believe that establishment of values-based management system is possible through shared values and quality services in research, training, and consultancy. Finally, I would like to thank all the academicians, professionals, GOs, NGOs and INGOs to providing the learning experiences and establish MITRA as a learning organization.

MITRA intends to establish itself as a research-based management, innovation and training center in the country through providing consultancy, training and research services in the areas mentioned.

MISSION

MITRA undertakes consultancy, training and research studies as its business.

GOAL

MITRA’s main goal is to help establish values-based management system i.e., an approach to manage where managers establish, promote, and practice an organization’s shared values and provide quality services in research, training, and consultancy.

OBJECTIVES

The main objective of MITRA is to provide consultancy, training, and research services in the field of Management Development in particular and social sector including education in general. The specific objectives of the firm are as follows:

  1. To provide value-based management consulting services.
  2. To devise and implement management skill development training programs.
  3. To undertake action research studies for improving the management of development projects.
  4. To devise and implement management development programs to/and promote organization’s shared values.
  5. To provide quality consultancy services in management, research and training.
