His career combines extensive academic leadership, development consultancy, public sector training, and applied research.
Dr. Shrestha holds a Ph.D. in Education from Kathmandu University, an MBA from the University of Hull (United Kingdom), and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Tribhuvan University. His multidisciplinary academic background supports his expertise in education policy, institutional governance, capacity development, social research, and management consulting.
