MTR and redesign of the NPA for Children with a finalised Management Response Plan.

Assessed successes and shortcomings of NPA implementation; revised the NPA document with adjusted targets and indicators upon endorsement by the Steering Committee; assisted the Central Child Welfare Board (CCWB) to finalise the Management Response Plan with time-bound milestones and responsibilities.
