Scope of the Project
The study assessed capacity needs of MoWCSW on the prevention of GBV and strengthening of child protection
Developed and organized/delivered five TOT modules: Gender and Gender-Based Violence; Conceptual Clarity on Child Rights Protection; Community-based Formal and Non-formal Groups and Strengthening Local Network; Psycho-social Education and Help; and Group Empowerment and Cooperative Development
Outcome of the Project
The TOT programme helped: build capacity, enhance knowledge and develop skills of frontline staffs of WCOs in order to conduct various training programmes for prevention and response to GBV and child protection by using a well and systematically developed training manual
Prepare and setup a team of skilled staffs to obtain effective results in prevention and response to GBV and child protection
