Support senior consultants with research, modeling, and client-facing analyses.
You will work directly with partners and senior clients from day one. Our model is high-trust, high-accountability — we hire people who want to be in the room and want to lead.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day workstreams on client engagements
- Build and present analyses to client leadership
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to firm thought-leadership
- Support business development efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years in management consulting, strategy, or related
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid context-switching
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
